Note: screwbacks, when taken on and off over time the gold can start wearing down giving them a false sense of security. If they do loosen up, you may need to get the entire post replaced. If a backing I lost, you might need to get it professionally fitted because not all screw backs are the same, and the backing needs to fit perfectly with the screw post.
