"I purchased these for my girlfriend. They were beautiful, but I knew immediately upon inspecting them that I wanted the 1 ct studs. So, I bought the 1 ct studs, which are beautiful and perfect. I returned the 3/4 ct studs, and the return and refund process was anything but smooth. Communication with I Hate Steven Singer was intermittent and it took extensive effort on my part to get the refund processed. So, I'm only giving a 3 rating; the product and price is a 5, but I'll hesitate to purchase from here again due to the service."

"In 2024 I was gifted a pair of Anita diamond stud earrings. Last month, I elected to take advantage of Steven Singer's unique offer to trade in last year's gift for a larger size. Steven's offer to apply last year's purchase price to this year's purchase, which has not increased from a year ago, was too good to resist! Before I was certain I wanted to do this, I had several questions on exactly how the trade-in transaction worked.
