"I have been purchasing dipped roses for several years from Steven Singer. They are beautiful and my wife loves them. We celebrated our 50th in December. In honor of that I bought her the golden rose. It was beautiful, but unfortunately it was slightly damaged in transit. I notified Steven Singer. They requested a photo of the rose. I almost immediately received a message that a replacement rose had been shipped. To me that is AWESOME customer service. It goes hand in hand with the products they sell."
