Can I check the status of my order?

Your order status will be available within 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "my account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site.

From there, you will be able to view information about your order. If you did not create an account, simply call or text us at 215-627-3242 and we'll be happy to help.

How can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact Steven Singer Jewelers specialists at 215-627-3242 as soon as possible.

Please be aware that some orders are shipped immediately upon placement due to our fast shipping times. Steven Singer Jewelers can only change or cancel orders prior to shipment.

Can my order be cancelled?

Steven Singer Jewelers reserves the right to cancel orders and refund customers' money due to pricing errors or for any reason. Steven Singer Jewelers reserves the right to limit quantities, and may cancel an order if they are unable to fulfill the order for any reason, including product going out of stock and system errors. Should a typographical or technical error be found, we reserve the right to correct it. In all cases, the purchaser will be contacted at time of cancellation and refunded in full.
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure, what went wrong?

Check your billing address and verification code.

Check your address.
Does your billing address on your credit card match the billing address you entered? Have you moved? Try giving your credit card company a call to find out the billing address they have on file.

Did you reference the credit card verification code guide at the bottom of the payment screen to determine the correct code on your card?
Mastercard, Visa, and Discover all place the code on the back of the card, while American Express prints it on the front.

Shipping & Delivery

How will my order ship?

Roses and Jewelry ship separately to allow your package to be fulfilled as quickly as possible.

Please note that our shipping cutoff time for same day shipping is at 2PM ET/ EST unless otherwise noted.

Fast and Free

Orders placed with Fast & Free Shipping will be shipped with the most efficient carrier for your specific delivery location to arrive within 2-7 Business Days from the day the order is shipped. Please note, Steven Singer Jewelers may upgrade your package to ensure it is delivered in time at no additional charge to you!

Best rule of thumb for our Fast and Free Shipments... the further away from Delaware or Pennsylvania you are, the longer it will take! Any questions, we're happy to help. Call or text 215-627-3242 and we will be happy to provide additional information regarding shipping.

Express

Orders placed with Express Shipping will be shipped with the most efficient carrier to arrive within 1-2 Business Days from the day the order is shipped.

Saturday Delivery

Orders placed with Saturday Delivery Shipping will be shipped for delivery on Saturday. Orders placed by 2pm ET/EST on Friday will be delivered on the upcoming Saturday. Orders placed after 2pm ET/EST on Fridays or Saturdays will be delivered on the following Saturday.
Please note that Saturday Delivery is not available for all locations. If Saturday Delivery is unavailable for your specified delivery address, Steven Singer Jewelers will notify you via email, and ship your package to arrive on the next available day. Your shipping charge will be refunded.

USPS Priority Express

Orders placed with USPS Priority Express Shipping will be be shipped by the United States Postal Service’s Priority Express option and will arrive within 1-3 Days. This is the ship method that should be selected if you are shipping to a PO box. Please note that Priority Express packages may be delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

So, has my order shipped yet?

All orders placed Monday – Friday will ship in 1-2 business days.

If your order contains an out-of-stock item, our team will contact you ASAP to let you know when you can expect your package.


Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship on Monday or Tuesday. You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped, detailing the tracking information.

If you selected a made to order product or a Build Your Own Engagement Ring, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. You will receive email updates regarding your delivery when your item has shipped.

Please note, Federal Holidays may affect shipping dates and transit times.

If I pay for expedited shipping will you guarantee arrival?

Yes! Paid shipping options are guaranteed to be delivered on time.

Please note, transit times are based on when the order is shipped, not when the order is placed. If your package arrives late, please contact us and we will refund your shipping.

In the rare occasion that the item is unable to be delivered with the shipping method requested at the time the order was placed due to factors beyond our control, we will notify you via email and refund your shipping charge.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

We do require a signature on some jewelry orders. See below if your order qualifies, and contact us if you need to make changes.

Jewelry Packages

Due to insurance requirements, a signature is required on jewelry orders with a combined value of $200 or more. Jewelry with a combined value of $1000 or more may require a Direct Signature, in which case the carrier may require you to provide your photo ID. Jewelry orders shipped with expedited ship methods also require a signature.

Rose Packages

Packages containing roses, rose displays, and rose accessories are shipped no signature required.

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

No.

Unfortunately at this time we are only set up to ship to addresses within the 50 United States and APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes.

Any item with a shipping address to a PO Box, APO or FPO, will be shipped via USPS as they are the only carrier that services these addresses.

What do you charge for standard shipping?

ZERO DOLLARS!

All orders placed with Fast and Free Shipping to a destination within the United States are shipped free of charge.

How will my item be packaged?

All orders are shipped in a discrete unmarked brown or carrier specific box to ensure we do not spoil a surprise!

Steven Singer Jewelers will NOT be written on the outside of the shipping carton. NO INVOICE will be included in the box, due to the majority of purchases being gifts. All order confirmations and receipts will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Steven Singer Jewelers accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Bread® (financing program), PayPal and PayPal Bill Me Later.

How can I redeem my mystery gift card?

You can redeem your mystery gift card in two ways:

  1. Shop online and add your favorite products to your shopping bag. At checkout, enter your mystery gift card code in the gift card field on the payment page. The amount will be revealed and applied to your purchase. Mystery gift cards expire the year they are issued
  2. Visit us at our store at the Other Corner of 8th and Walnut in Philadelphia. Free parking is available right across the street. We'll reveal the amount of your mystery gift card and help you pick out some serious bling.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site?

Steven Singer Jewelers website uses the most up to date security technology and business practices to keep our customers information safe. 

Steven Singer Jewelers keeps absolutely none of your credit card information on file, for your protection. The website is also protected by a SSL Certificate: An SSL Certificate enables encryption of sensitive information during online transactions.

Do you charge sales tax?

Items shipped to the following states receive and are charged applicable sales tax:

You can check your rate on certain product pages and/or at the last step of checkout for eligible orders.

What happens after I checkout with Bread Pay?

Your order will be fulfilled as it normally would with the ship option you selected in checkout. Bread Financial™ will send both a text and email to you for confirmation. 

You will continue to receive confirmations for the order and shipping from Steven Singer Jewelers, so be sure to continuously look out for them as well. Bread Financial will provide a link to you to access your account, where you can set up autopay or view your upcoming monthly installments. Your first payment will be due at least 30 days after you have placed your order.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

Contact us and we will try and expedite this item, or another item similar, for you ASAP! We also have a waitlist feature available on the product page of the out of stock product. Just provide your email address and we will email you when it becomes available again!

Is pricing on ihatestevensinger.com subject to change?

Pricing on ihatestevensinger.com is subject to change due to world market fluctuations on precious metals and diamonds. Special orders will be quoted at time of order.

How are Steven Singer's Roses made?

For nearly four decades, we at Steven Singer Jewelers have proudly sold our signature gold dipped roses to passionate fans. Collectors come back for the quality workmanship, trusted customer service, and the lifetime guarantee. Exciting and delighting our guests is our highest priority. In the instance a guest receives a rose that has been damaged or is dissatisfied, the rose will be immediately replaced or refunded.

It would be impossible to dip a natural living rose into molten metal without it disintegrating, so we've developed an intricate process to preserve them forever in gold. Each portion of the rose is disassembled by hand and meticulously rebuilt utilizing a proprietary base material. The material holds the live petals in position to form the ultimate bloom and acts as a sturdy base to reattach the stem. This process gives our real roses the rigidity to last forever. All of our products consist of real rose petals, real rose leaves, real rose stems, and in some instances real thorns. While we make every effort to make each rose look as consistent and uniform as possible, each is unique, special and different as a result of the fine craftsmanship by our skilled artisans.

Each individual rose undergoes a proprietary treatment that encompasses the stems and leaves. Through this, the stems and leaves become petrified, allowing the copper plating to adhere, as well as additional proprietary alloys that together form the base of the coating. The final steps of this process envelops the rose beautiful gold plating, enamel, and lacquer finish Steven Singer's gold dipped roses are famous for.

Steven Singer adheres to the highest quality of 24K G.P. rose production. As a result, the production of our gold dipped roses is a delicate process that is closely and routinely monitored. We send sample roses to independent labs to test for gold content and purity, platinum content and purity, along with the organic materials that the roses are crafted from. Additionally, we have many photographs and videos of roses that we've broken down internally confirming the rose inside. This assures each natural rose is preserved in the finest gold content to withhold its purity for a lifetime.

How do I know my finger size?

You measure it with one of our disposable ring sizers!

The National Average is a size 6. Don't have time to measure her finger, or want to keep it a surprise? Order it in our Not Known stock size, with a ring sizer. After you present the ring, size her up! Give us a call. We’ll arrange for you to ship the ring back to us, and we’ll size it free of charge.

The best way is to know her ring size before hand...but we know that's not always possible.

Subscriptions

What is the Build a Bouquet Subscription?

Available in sets of 3, 6, or 12 the rose subscription allows you to choose the color, occasion and your deliver by date. Each subscription comes with a free display to hold the specified amount of roses, so your gift can be perfectly displayed!

When will I be charged for my subscription?

Your form of payment saved on your account will be charged at the time of each rose shipment. This is typically 10 days before your deliver by date.

When will my subscription ship?

Each order within your subscription will ship approximately 10 days before your deliver by date. The free display ships with the first rose in the subscription.

How do I modify or cancel my subscription?

To modify your rose color, delivery date, address, or payment information, please visit your account at least 11 days in advance of your delivery date and click on 'My Subscriptions'. Identify the specific rose order you would like to modify and click on that order number. From here you are able to edit the rose color, delivery date, address or payment information. Please note that this will only take effect on the order you modify and not all subsequent orders. Changes are not able to be made within the 10 day delivery window.
