Steven Singer Jeweler’s Gift Card Giveaway with the Yak December 2024 – Official Rules

By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following rules:

1. Enter to win by filling out your first and last name and email address on Steven Singer Jewelers website on the Yak contest page.
2. One (1) entry per person
3. One (1) winner will be selected at random on December 10^th, 2024.
4. Giveaway will begin on December 5th, 2024 and close at midnight on December 10^th, 2024. Winner will be selected December 12^th, 2024.
5. One (1) winner will be selected at random to win one (1) $2,000 Steven Singer Jewelers Gift Card.
6. Winner will be notified via email on December 12^th, 2024.
7. Winner will need to respond back to Steven Singer Jewelers (I Hate Steven Singer) in order to claim their prize. Prize must be claimed within 24 hours of notification, after which the original winner forfeits their prize and Steven Singer Jewelers reserves the right to select another winner.
8. This promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 US incl. DC, 18+ only. Employees of Steven
9. Singer Jewelers employees are not eligible.

10. The Prize is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability. Sponsor reserves the right to not feature a winner’s image in its discretion, based on appropriateness and suitability for publication in connection with Sponsor.

11. By entering, each entrant (a) agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (including but not limited to eligibility determinations) which are final and binding in all respects: and (b) agrees to release and hold harmless Steven Singer Jewelers, and their respective officers, directors, and employees (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of Prize or any portion thereof.

12. Acceptance of any prize constitutes prizewinner's permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use prizewinner's name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and complete address (collectively, the "Attributes"), for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization (except where prohibited by law), and releases the Sweepstakes Entities from all claims arising out of the use of such Attributes.

13. Steven Singer Jewelers (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, or stolen, submissions or prize notifications. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
