"I cant recommend this place enough. Claire in customer service is so sweet. I ordered a rose for my sisters graduation and I accidentally put in the wrong address. Usps was the opposite of helpful and I was so stressed since they couldn't deliver it or update my address and it would have to be sent back and my sisters graduation is in less than a week. Claire legit said no biggie, sent out a new one (before they even got the og one back), and expedited my shipping so it would get here in time???? Crazy!! She said "yeah thats what we do here". I should have called them first before going back and forth with usps for like an hour. My phone call with Claire was 4 minutes and 5 second and just like that it's fixed. And then I got the rose.
