One of the questions I hear all the time from customers is, "Can you repair this for me?" Sometimes it's a ring that's been in the family for generations. Other times it's a bracelet with a broken clasp or a necklace that snapped unexpectedly.
For years, that wasn't always an easy conversation for us to have.
Most people know Steven Singer Jewelers for engagement rings, diamonds, and the famous "I Hate Steven Singer" slogan. What many don't realize is that our jewelers have always been incredibly busy behind the scenes, creating custom pieces, setting diamonds, and maintaining the jewelry that was purchased at our store. With so much happening in our workshops, we simply didn't have the capacity to take on every repair request that came through our doors.

One of the biggest reasons we've been able to expand our repair capabilities is our growth. Between our Philadelphia showroom and our Newtown location, we now have significantly more workspace and a larger team of highly skilled craftsmen.
That means when customers bring in jewelry for repair, we have the bench jewelers, diamond setters, polishers, and support staff needed to handle a much wider range of projects.

Do I Need An Appointment?
No, appointments are not required, and walk-ins are always welcome at both of our locations. If you have a ring that needs sizing, a loose stone, a broken chain, or any other jewelry concern, you're welcome to stop by whenever it's convenient for you.
That said, scheduling an appointment can be helpful if you're hoping to have your repair evaluated and completed as quickly as possible. While we handle many repairs on-site and can often provide same-day service, an appointment allows our team to plan ahead and make sure the right jeweler is available to evaluate your piece right away. It can also increase the likelihood that your repair can be completed the very same day.
